We have Gowcaizer in stock - with English instructions for the CD, but only
Japanese version for Cartridge. Please advise which system you need it for.

Did you send your payment with any sort of registration or anything?

I admit I havent had any problems with them, but pls tell me you have some kind of proof or insurance so you can backup your claim.

Personally, if credit card is a payment option, its one I ALWAYS use.
