i wonder seriously if there would be a market
for it.

the US versions and seemingly tainted them
by freaking all of them.

I believe there is a scanned version of the English KOF2K manual floating around somewhere, yuckydog. Why not just d/l it and print it out, I'm sure it will look 95% as good as the original if printed properly. Then you don't need to worry about a re-release, which frankly I think will never happen.
