I have been ripped off 3 times in over 140 deals. Sad indeed. Last one was a Saturn Deck only - the guy said he has no way to test it and no warranty, the next thing I know he is selling a av cable. Auction stated
good condition, so this mean working NOT.

The other SOB said Mint condition on a Saturn game and it was awefull - case crack and a lot of scratches on the cd. Good thing for game doctor.

And some low life non paying bidders had a few of them lately.

That DVD looks like HK or China pirate copy to me (it says all region, yeah right). I've seen lots China-made pirate DVD at my friend's house and one of them is Mission Impossible 2. Quality isn't bad but it just doesnt' have options from the legit DVD :<
You pay over $30 for that shit? Damn......I can find it for less than $1 US in Hong Kong.......

On a halfway off topic note, didn't George lucas say dvd wouldn't succeed and that his movies wouldn't come out on that format? It's for that reason right there that I'd guess it was bootleg, the other major clue that it being "region free". The MPA or whoever has the dvd patents only lets manufacturers make DVD movies/movie players if it has the region coding, else they have grounds to sue.

Stay on that fucker's case my friend. Don't let down unless you think that it's hopeless. Keep sending him emails, and threaten to report him to the "authorities". If you paid by USPS money order then that's a Federal Offense. You can track down the money order to see if it was cashed, and by whom. Tell him this and I'm sure he'd send it right away.

I heard that George Lucas will wait until all the prequels are done and release them on DVD as a compilation. Therefore it will be a very long time til we get to see that masterpiece on a DVD format.

I've never ben ripped off at e-bay, and I've done 19 transactions so far.

Well, it looks like you can take some consolation in the fact that his account has been suspended!
Guess he ripped someone else off as well!
Either that or someone reported him for selling bootlegs!
