Actually, these aren't CDs -- these are downloadable soundtrack files (you register with Scitron Web City, then pay a fee for each file you download).

Well... According to this:

SAMURAI SPIRITS 28 44分38秒 39.8MB ￥1,000(税込)

It is 39.8 MEG for 28 files... so, um, yeah that is freaking low quality.... 128 for sure.
