Strikers 1945 Plus at ravengames

Looks like www.ravengames.co.uk have gotten hold of a copy (or copies) of the Strikers 1945 Plus home cart from !Arcade! (check out the latest news)

Wonder how much they'll flog it for ? $400 = £400 anyone ? <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/ohno.gif" border="0">

Perhaps it's a NGF copy.

I've never seen a NeoGeo shop in the UK with bearable prices...

Maybe it's a freaked cart. They actually don't tell if it's an !arcade! cart in the news.

If this is true, its a direct attack on Shawn, they said there was only going to be 50.

If it means there is going to be quantity.

UK people get screwed lots of times on stuff like that, when dreamcast came out it was 199 US here, in UK it was 199 pounds, which is like 350 in US!

On second inspection, it says "NEW TITLE"....
Now, that could only be the !ARCADE! version, since ngf has had there crappy version out for so long, they would have easily stocked them if they wanted them.
This means one thing, the 50 that were suppose to be a limited quantity, was just for ng.com.
In other words, there is probably going to be more, or so.
I could be wrong on this assumption.

If they showcase that as a cart they will have stock of then shawn must have got few preorders, to even let things get to this point.

Like I said, if !ARCADE! was legit from the begining, they would never have so many people question them.
Raven games is also full of BS for not listing it as UNOFFICIAL.
Who knows what else they could be pulling, thats how us paranoid neo fans see things.

The time he fucked shawn magically dissapears, then a deal is set up.
(I remember a thread by arcade asking for dead neo's, what came to my mind when seeing that is, they are going to be parts for the AES 2)

Well gee, I wonder who is casting them in such a terrible light? WTF is with this "communities" need to make a pariah out of anyone in the communities desire to do something to keep the Neo going? You want to know who is casting them in a terrible light? The answer is simple, my screaming friend.
Themselves, they offered a product at a EXACT date, and have not delivered.
Not only that, they have offered these "dates" many times.
I would have no issues if this was offered between a certain time date, and not a exact day.
June, the 27th of july, the 30th, the 11 etc.

Why do I care?
Well for one I don't rush into buying from a guy known to be a shady figure.
Until I get a quality report on the product, I am not spending a dime.
Another thing, how many people here ended up with a busted converter? (chipped, I know I have heard from at least two people they got one like this)
Sure it played all games, but there were many issues with that item alone.

Arcade better start answering questions, and marking days on there calenders.

They have shown they damn well have the ability to deliver, they are only taking there sweet time to make Shawn look like a fool.

Even friggin Nintendo and Sony have delays in their hardware...it is damn unrealistic to expect Arcade to get things out the door to meet street dates.

On the lines of grammar, why do you have a double "of", after your DSD complaint?
That is the problem with saying something like that in the first place, your word has to be perfect AFTER you say that, sadly you have failed in this aspect.

Also, you should have capsed at least the starting letters of DSD's name. That is considered a name, and it is inproper without caps titling.

As far as breaking the contract with Shawn "twice", last time I checked you were not the one controlling Shawn's business dealings and thus cannot speak for Shawn in these matters. In fact, Shawn has been very supportive of !arcade! in all regards of this Strikers release.
