YOOOOOOOOOOSS, Here comes the PLAYMORE UPDATE's thread for the April 17

+PLAYMORE added SHINGO and KING in the port on DREAMCAST of KOF'2002!

+PLAYMORE also added a translation of the KOF'2002 DC's CHALLENGER MODE:

"TEAM ATTACK
In this mode nothing is different from the TEAM BATTLE in normal play.
You select three characters, and then fight with CPU characters until the three have exhausted the stamina.
SINGLE ATTACK
Like the SINGLE BATTLE in normal play, you select one and fight with CPU characters.
TIME ATTACK
You strike down a fixed number of opponents within a specified time.
Conditions to clear game are different in the selected Levels."

+As i said on <a href="http://www.neo-geo.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=10;t=004795" target="_blank">that post</a>, METAL SLUG 5 for PS2 is delayed from the April 24, 2003; to May 22, 2003.

I don't see why they don't add Eiji instead of King. He can be easily de-layered from the temple background. Eiji is 10x cooler than King.

YEEEEESSS!!! Finally! My wishes have come true! At last, I can finally form the dream teams I wanted in '02! Needless to say, I'm pumped! Now I can't wait until Garfield's birthday (June 19th) comes around for sure!

I wonder how the character art for both Shingo and King will look? Hopefully better than 2001's renditions. I also wonder who'll be standing in place of King in her BG?
Guess this means I'll have to change sigs soon...

I hope. I mean, the first tidbit was just Shingo, right? Now they've thrown in King. Hopefully Eiji will come along, and perhaps there can be a boss mode with the old kof bosses. Man, if they put in the extra work, this game could be gold.. They could sell it for $300 and I would probably buy it..

I just ordered from NCSX for the DC version. Just because my baby, King, is in the game.

See its why Playmore is good, cause in 2k1, they gave King boobs. Not Mai quality boobs, but nice King boobs. Its worth the $60 just to see Kings victory artwork for the new game. drool

I'm not sure that you noticed yet, but your opinion is only valid to you. A ton of people were pissed about King and Shingo not being in this one. So, did you really want to know "who cares about those two", or were you just being an ass again? Eiji is lame anyhow. Yeah, that's my opinion. wink

I was never an Eiji fan. But you know who I'm pissed abotu not being in this kof? Lin. God damn. Out of all the new characters they left in, they took out the only one I liked. All then need to add is lin and geese and this will be the perfect kof.

Hell fuckin' YEAH! King is one of my all time favs, and a must have character for me whenever I play. KOF 2002 felt horribly empty without her for me.
