Damn, that is a sweet-ass cover.....so that's the cover that would have shown up on the Neo-CD is they would have released it on that format..........Can't wait to see it playing on my dreamcast.........wonder if they are going to add some full motion cartoon video like they did to KOF '98 for Dreamcast?
