These are only 2 of his 4 posted auctions.... this weenie's description:

"Here it is. Finally you can play KOF2000 on your computer. Since SNK company is going out of business so kof2000 wouldn't be on any game console (Uh huh... who informed you of this?). Here is your only chance to own this game (Scammer!!). I currently have only five of them in stock (Really? Limited production run I take it, suckers are gonna appreciate fast, act now!). Get it now for the thanks giving holiday (ThanksGiving! Hot Dog! You moron, no thanks to you, SNK ain't getting paid...) Shipping is $4 for priority mail. Below is one of the screen shots. You can email me for more. (((Attention ebay staff, this is not a piracy game. Please do not cancel.)))"

Do not cancel? Oh sure, right!!!! You have been reported to eBay!!!

*breathing heavily* Now to see what side eBay takes...

All 7 auctions have been reported to Ebay Safe Harbor. You're quite right about the DC games being pirated, since he says that all games "dont come with boxes nor booklet" (what a moron). Thanks for the tip, I hate leeches who sell pirated software. This guys auctions are all going DOWN!!!

BTW here is a link to ALL his auctions, which I included in my email to Safe Harbor:
http://cgi6.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewListedItems&userid=mcgame&include=0&since=-1&sort=2&rows=25

Shouldn't be long now, those 7 auctions are all going DOWN . . . <IMG SRC="smilies/mad.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/mad.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/mad.gif" border="0">

Shiet! Tora wanted to shoot one auction down just like the italian rom auction which Tora successfully destroyed. ^v^

BTW, it take 2 to 3 days before auction is closed.

SNK 2...." I like how he also said that KOF 2000 never came out on any home console.....damn liar!!! <IMG SRC="smilies/veryangry.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/veryangry.gif" border="0">

Why leave it up to ebay to take those auctions down? why dont we just take the PIRATES down. Someone (or many soemones) should post nice hefty bids on those oh so rare games of his. 500 for a game not made for any home console (laughs), sounds like a fair bid to me, right? then dont pay, watch as he has to pay ebay their commision for each and every item thats "sold" and watch as not only does he never see a dime for his sins, but he instead losses money! Now after lets say, $40 down the tube between 7 auctions (which wouldnt be too hard) for commissions, and nothing in return for his "hard work", if he doesnt learn his lesson he'll learn real fast. just dont use your normal bidding account since you could get a "bad rep".

From eBay to me... about kof 2k roms sales..

"We have reviewed the auction you have brought to our attention and
taken
appropriate action. We would also like to explain eBay's policy with
respect to reports like yours. eBay is not in a position to make
judgments about the authenticity or authorized nature of auction items,
except in the most extreme circumstances. This may mean that we cannot
remove the item about which you contacted us.

In some cases, we refer the information to the owner of the rights
(copyright, trademark, etc.) involved, if we know who they are and how
to contact them. Although you may be extremely knowledgeable about
these types of items, we often cannot remove items upon the
representations of third parties whose credentials we cannot verify,
unless of course the alleged infringement is obvious on its face.

That is why we strongly urge you to notify the rights holder of the
suspected infringement and encourage them to join our Verified Rights
Owners (VeRO) Program. This program enables them to request the ending
of allegedly infringing auctions.

We wish you a continued successful relationship with us, and we would
also like to thank you for being an asset to the eBay trading
community!

Regards,

Ernie

They can't verify whether or not the item is legit so they haven't removed the auctions....... Man they need to hire some people who are in the "know".
This junk has got to stop... but how do you contact a defunt orginization? Like who has the rights to Kof 2000? I want to know, this guy needs to be prosecuted....

Anyone know? Plz?

Whenever J00 got an auction, did Ebay ask J00 to fill out a questionarre or survey or something like that?
