Ok seeing as there was a LOT Said tonight, I'm forced to break this up into parts due to the massive amount of cleaning up I had to do.

So for now here is Part 1 Of tonight's session. I will post the rest later when I have time and energy for it.

Please note the opening speech is by Mr Ray Young of Arcade Solutions who's also known as Phantom1.

Hello and thank you all for coming. I would like to open this discussion by stating what !Arcade! is all about and our goals as they relate to the Neo Geo scene in general.

As many of you are already aware, upon entering the Neo arena we were met with a great deal of negativity some of which is still prevelant today. I would like to start by saying, this is not a game for us this is strictly business nothing more nothing less.

Before we enter any new venture we take the time to thoroughly do our research, to first find out if it is viable for us and second to find out who the major players are.

We don't need the NGF "Stamp of Approval" for our products or services although we do find it humorous their need to stoop to that level.

We know about a certain individuals first trip to SNK/USA with his "lady friend. We know how after demanding to meet with John Barone and having the "lady friend" take your picture, you asked for a job.

We know what was said and how you were both given the "bum's rush" out the door. We also know the make and model of the "relic" you both drove away in.

How do we know this? we have the security tapes of the "event". Hell, we even know about the recent phone calls to Jeff Y. ex SNK/USA sales rep. (Leave the guy alone, he won't be calling you back!)

We know and have pictures on how you tried to introduce yourselves at the show in Vegas at the "Apple/SNK" table and they did not know who you were. (Again given the "bum's rush" after security was called)

We could go on but I think you get my point, your a minor annoyance but at least you bring levity to the table.

We also know about another individual(s) infantile attempts to tarnish our reputation behind the scenes (thought that was over with but I guess not) We will deal with this matter in due course.

Once the decision is made to begin we then start making the appropriate reliable business contacts to ensure our success. Don't get me wrong, we have made many mistakes up to this point fortunately when we do they are corrected immediately.

As with any venture we are involved in we monitor everything closely, as it's our funds and reputation that are at stake.

!Arcade! has quitely been dealing with Kaiten Games for some time now on a large volume level. Nikke is not only my partner he is also my friend.

We have come to the conclusion that it would be in our best interests for Kaiten to ship the product direct to !Arcade! for sale instead of dealing direct.

I am not as forgiving and tolerant as Nikke is when doing business as most of you are already aware. Current cutomers of Arcade/Kaiten are well aware our products/service(s) and price are exceptional and will continue as such. We just like to get paid for every transaction we are involved in.

Which brings us to the topic of why we are gathered here this evening, some of you have been "ripping" him for product and to this date have not paid for it.

Others have been scamming this gentleman for product figuring he's way over there what can he do about it. Well I am here this evening to tell you that you not only ripped/scammed Nikke but you ripped me as well.

By no means we will accuse anyone of anything without sufficient time having elapsed or allowing that person(s) every reasonable opportunity to right the wrong.

That being said may I ask the two gentlemen Victor Corona (aka neogeo2k2) and Ray (aka Lord Akidadus) from D & R Games to join Nikke and I please.

Petty Squabble? EW I think what they said was far from petty!! When someone in this community has been stolen from it must be made known. If we are all left in the dark you or I might be next. I took it more as a public service announcement if anything.

Hey Brent, hows it going? Remember back in the days when they actually did have public lynchings? There was far less crime and it served as a reminder of all who wittnessed it that if you comitted crimes you would pay for them.

Ya know bad deals happen and happen to alot of people. I think the worse thing about this is it happened to a super nice guy and it seems in the Neo business nice guys finish last.

I have had a problem with this once myself and I know how it feels to be taken and it gives you a sickening feeling inside. There is a way to fix it though.

Under Federal Postal Law if the item you have paid for is not recieved with in 30 days all you have to do is call the local State Police in the persons area who did not complete the transaction and they will be arrested for Internet Fraud. Keep your e-mails and fax them to the State Police and they State Police inturn will take them to the prosecutor and warrent will be sworn out for thier arrest.

All the excusses of I sent your package, blah, blah, blah will make no difference as it is the sellers/traders obligation to make sure you get your merchandise.

Heh to be honest GA didn't mention lynching. BrentSG did. The U.S. is a very LAX country in dealing with criminals.

While some people consider this the best country in the world*myself inculded* it opens the door for a lot of people to take advantage of others.

In many other countries in the world there are many forms of punishment involved with theft from, Jail time, caning, Public humliation and the ole cutting off of the hand.

GA only described one example so whatever you're trying to get at here is wrong so seeing as I already proved to you he wasn't a racsit but, A person who just doesn't like you.

I would suggest you stick to your original promise to me and ignore him like you said you would.

I'm not trying to butt in on this little problem Bobak obviously has with everything that comes out of GamersAbyss' mouth, but if nobody minds, I will say that this "flaming liberal" act is dead. It was already old, but now it's past that point to where it's dead and six feet under.

Bobak, you may be a moderator here, and I respect the fact that you took extra responsibility the way you have, but please stop pushing political correctness onto everybody. You're a good guy, but why you get so anal about "ugly" language or "racist" language throws me for a loop. Surely you know that words in and of themselves are neutral, it's the actions of the person that determines what they are. Is GamersAbyss a racist? Better yet, is it my business to begin with? Thing is, I don't care what his political or race related issues are, if he's not out inducing or provoking violence toward others, who cares what's going on in his head? I know I sure don't.

I actually agree with Lou on the pc issue. I myself am very left wing. I've been politically active since I was 14. I consider myself an anti-racist, anti-fascist and an anti-capitilist. Anyway I still hate pc liberals. There's a big difference in being political and being politically correct. Being pc has nothing to do with being political. It's all about trying to be acceptable in mainstream society. You really think alll the public figures (politicians, actors etc.) are being pc out of the goodness of their own heart? Hell no! Sometimes when you speak the truth certain groups are not going to like it. Someone is always going to object to something someone else says. I could give a few examples. I knew this girl. She was from a millionaire(maybe billion) family. Her father owned and still does Jive records (Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys etc.) She claims to be a vegan and an anarchist and all this but drives a 100,000 dollar car with leather seats and doesn't have a clue about the class system here in AMerica. That doesn't matter. She sees no importance in understanding the working class.

You know this is turning into a rant. If people want to discuss this further maybe it should be put somewhere else. I don't want to get to far off the subject. Gotta go to school. Later

Thank you for agreeing. And for the rest of this, I couldn't have said it any better myself.

As for my comments about liberals a little earlier, I want to apologize to anybody on the left that I might have offended. It was a pretty blanketed statement, and of course can't apply to all liberal minded people, so I was out of line a little. I've talked with and debated with liberals who have a very good head on their shoulders, and I've talked to some folks on the right who sound like they do good to tie their own shoes. Like I say, it's all about the individual.

Amen to that! I know people who are very passionate about guns, but the only things they ever shoot at are targets on a range. Just because some assholes get guns and use them on other people doesn't mean everybody should get punished by getting their guns taken away.

Regarding the above:

There's that word again "legitimate" and where did you ever get the idea I don't like you. One has to know someone before that opinion can be formed.

Prices will of course increase to reflect our costs to bring the product in. That being said with the quantities that we deal in I can't see them going up a great deal.

Realize though we will be monitoring the current marketplace regarding product pricing. We are certainly not here to price gouge, as anyone who has dealt with us can attest to.
