NGF = Broken Trust...

Well, here I am again.

This isn't about NGF selling bootleg merchandise or not shipping on time.

This about trust.

And a little added bonus.

I recently had a transaction with Dion for a Twinkle Star Sprites AES.

The transaction was perfect.

The game is 100% real and SUPERMINT!

The game had the infamous sticker on the side of the cart.

But, on the phone I BEGGED Dion not to put any stickers on my game, he happily said he wouldn't.

The sticker came off with ease.

I had a couple offers to get rid of the game.

Geddon (John)
and Shawn both gave me reasonable offers.

I pulled out the insert to match it up against my Blazing Star to see if there was any real difference in size (which there isn't) and I saw this!




This completely closes all further deals with NGF, you will never hear me speak highly of them again.

My trust in them is completely broken.

This is a very demonic thing to do.

Was I the first to get the "STAMP" on my game?

Why, Dion?

After I put myself in endless wars to defend you!

You really fucked me this time.

I can no longer communicate with you or your business.

Now I TRULY have been fucked by them.

I can see if it was a $50 game...

This is a COLLECTORS item!

Wow, I'm really sorry for ya Tonk. I've kept neutral about them since I have never dealt with them directly, but this is just outrageous. I mean, he was basically your friend and he still did this to you. Not only that, but the stamp will never come off either.

There might be a new insert in the Neostore to replace that ruind ngf insert cus i dont see any way you can get rid of that ink stamp without futher ruining the insert.

Nothing else left to say here... the stamp is TRULY pathetic!

Wow that sucks! You ask Dion why?

In the case of Tonk’s TSS, I estimate that the ngf stamp causes $250 to $300 in damage to the insert. This leaves 2/3 of the TSS clean, will know for sure after inspecting.

Real shame what happened to you & the TSS. You can always take comfort in the fact that there will always be someone worse off than you. Take for instance the 81 freaked home cart scam. This was the first occurrence of freaked SNK merchandise, ruined via the void sticker. I just happened to be the first victim, just as you are the first recorded “void stamp” victim.

Not only must we inspect for autographs inside the carts cases, autographs on the boards/chips, void stickers on the carts, void stickers placed randomly within the manuals, and kinko inserts, we are now obligated to look for void stamps on the back of the inserts. Talk about a mouth full, imagine what future buyers must put up with. Tasks have increased, risk has increased, the amount of SNK authentic merchandise has decreased, and you know where less supply leads.

Dion & Chis have a deep rooted hatred for all things SNK. This is evident in their open statements:
“SNK couldn’t get the game genre color correct.”
“We are not fans of SNK.”
“SNK was the worst thing that ever happened to the Neo.”

I hope others will think twice before trading or selling SNK authentic merchandise to ngf. Even in the unlikely instance that they offer to pay upfront, think again. The less that SNK merchandise circulates through ngf hands the better.

I know this may sound Stupid but why do u guys keep buying stuff off them? u have heard what happens to other peoples carts and the problems they have them heck i'm sure you have had problems with them before!! So why do u keep going back??

Well in that case I do agree you were the 1st victum in that Shawn but, You were WARNED a long time ago by many people before you started dealing with NGF about these carts.

On DolphinLord's I remember when you were buying converted carts and how long did they make you wait?

about dion putting down SNKUSA
saying how "he" truely knew how to run
the biz correctly and how kof 2000 was an
exclusive release and NGFUSA was actualy
the official distributer for NEOGEO goods
in the US.
but what i got from the article was how
dion continually pointed out that NGFUSA
was there all this time making contacts
selling stuff and was the real pushers of
NEOGEO product.
and for some reason i got from it too that
he was trying to write himself in the history
books in the sense that NGFUSA is a presence
in the past from the start to the present to the future.
this is just their notation in the
history books that they were here.
putting their names all over carts to assure
that they still have a presence.
its true.
when you purchase from NGFUSA you really are
contributing to the deformation and vandalization of
NEOGEO carts at the time. as well as for others
who unsuspectingly land a NEOGEO game with
this NGFUSA documentation.
i ve said it endlessly too.
dont support NGFUSA.
