Metal Slug Manual Scan

okay, i know this is not news but i've attempted this before in wanted and i know someone has it!

Does anyone have the file for the metal slug english manual scan?? i really need it and no one seems to have it. It used to be on nick's site but the site is down so i can't get it. If someone could send it to me i would really appreciate it, i have Cable and i'm on instant messanger and icq
