Well it finally got published by GameFAQS.

Here's a link to the file
[Link removed in edited post - see below]

Most of my info is not very advanced, so I welsome any suggestions.

Of course, there will be the obligatory flaming by advanced users.

Don't worry though, I intend to update and fix it up on a regular basis.

You can't link directly to a FAQ on gameFAqs smart guy.

Wel it worked when I linked it - oh well, just go to www.gamefaqs.com and try the Arcade hardware faqs section then.

That's a pretty neat FAQ dude.

I'm gonna go invite some friends over and charge them to play on my cabinet.

I've been doing that for years. Soon I will have made enough money to buy a pack of gum to split between all my friends that hate me and just play roms now.

LOL

I especially like the part where he tells you how to remove the carts.

Still, I'm scared...

Not much technical stuff in there, it's more a general Neo Faq IMO. Good for the newbie, but I think it doesn't particularly help in getting started with a MVS setup.

Part 4 ("Which NEO to buy?") contains some misleading info, specially about the Neo CD.

And why the link to Dion?

Well thank god for that FAQ my hand placement for removing carts was all wrong...

1-slot boards:
Well it's pretty straightforward, but here's how to do it - using your left
hand, get a grip of the casing and hold the cartridge with your right
hand, pull the cartridge out slowly from its tray and voila, its out. Then
simply replace it with the game of your choice, push the cartridge in slowly
until it locks firmly in place.

I've been gripping with my right and pulling with my left...Thanks, MVSteve.

Yes, very nice job when you consider an FAQ so long could contain so little information.
