what is "Burning Striker" from eolith?

This game is a soccer game. It takes place in the futur (2049) etc...
But I would like to know more about witch system this game is based on.
Some say it's a futur neogeo release other say no.
The fact is that I found any 3D arts about the game and that make me think it's on a good 3D based system such as the naomi or something else.
Does someone have any kind of informations about this game?
It's normaly beeing tested right now in Japan and Korea, I don't know where... any feed back?
