Well, this is certainly going to draw a lot of attention away from my upcoming auctions. Expect lots of mayhem, bidders of various ranks, and a gory, violent finish.

It was actually at $2000 a few hours ago but he cancelled the bids cause they were less than 5 feedback.

I don't understand why, for ~$350, a person wouldn't just go for a Phantom-1 and an MVS MS cart. Unless you are trying to finish a collection that you MUST have all AES carts, then damn dude, save yourself $700. If you wanna just throw $700 away, I'd be happy to take it!

Like they say, a game is worth only what you are willing to pay for it. My personal opinon about MS, although a great game, it is deff not worth that much just to buy it just to say you have MS1. But if you are going to get a lot of play out of it, by all means, spend away.

If I was a MS fanatic, I'd just buy the Neo CD and the CD version which is better than the AES anyway.

I don't know, it's tempting, maybe I'll just buy MS1, on MVS, for like $50.... :D

Peace

Well I wouldn't bid on this unless Kyokugen Star personally stated that this is an authentic original version of MS1. Without his expertise, how can we really be sure?

The price was over $2000 - now only 1300.
Weird?

The reason it sells for so much is because the Slug series is one of the most popular, the game is very rare, and many people have all the slugs on AES and just can't stand having an empty space where part 1 should be. I think that's why people pay so much for it.

Well, I'm selling this game, and the reason it was expensive and now went down, is because two guys bid on it to fight for it, but one of them backed out and the other was left with bids against himself.

So, I cancelled his bids so he could start over, and hopefully the following bidder(s) will be of more serious nature.

king-o-cheese's the man!

What kills me is this damn thing's ALWAYS for sale... everywhere. So WTF is up with the high price tag? It's obviously not that rare, we always see it for sale. Sheesh, some people are so stupid.

Just buy the MVS for $50 and get on with your lives. ;)

I bet this copy sells for over $1800 easily due to the high demand at the moment.

I hardly ever see MS1 for sale. I've seen it two times now on ebay in the last 2 months... It's definitely a very rare game.

You see it for sale a lot, cause people can make fast money.

Someone pays out to ass for it, beats it, and 2 weeks later goes "Holy shit what did I just spend 1,400 on??" and then puts it on ebay.

Also it's not for sale THAT much, and when it is half of them are fake (kyokugen star).

Did I read someone mention Kyokugen Star???

This WARNING has absolutely nothing to do with the current auction on eBay.
