Potential amazing homecart deals?

Hi, i was looking on the SNK japanese site, and they had a list of their software. I can't read japanese yet, so i don't know what the page is totally saying, but i know that they have prices posted. Garou was going for about $300!, and RB2 was going for about $55! (converted from japanese yen) I e-mailed them to ask them about this, even though they probably won't respond because it's in english. I know that these pages might just be for show only, but i'm hoping i'm wrong. Any thoughts?

Caris Nautilus is right.
Those are the retail prices for SNK games on different platforms (DC, NGPC, PS, Neo AES, and Neo CD).
Not for sale.
