The us Kizuna is a convert.
got the stiker, a full color insert and a third generation of box (the last one).
Something else: you don't need to speak or read french for anderstanding how to buy a game.
Moreover if you have any question about a game (condition scale etc...) you can send a mail to neoayato.
I nearly always do that and they always answer to me the same day (or just the day after).
I buy all my games at neoayato. This is the best european seller for me!

Anyway, neoayato deal with customers from everywhere. They do their best to provide the best quality to all their customers.
If you encounter any troubles with what you order (problems during tranport ...), feel free to contact neoayato. They are always ready to solve the problem. In général they can't solve any problems faster than the delivery time and that's the longer you will have to wait until the problem is solved, trust me .
They absolutly don't like to know a customer is disapointed or angry.
You know, I live in Paris and I know many shops selling neo stuff. And even if I know I will have to pay the shipment from Marseille to Paris I prefer order from Neoayato.
I consider neoayato the best seller in Europe. moreover they are gamers and professionals.
Everything dealing with video games in japan can be found at neoayato... if you don't find what you want then ask them and they will have it just for you!

In the Uk we would pay customs on stuff coming from France as well.
And i recently got Slug 3 from Shawn adn i asked him to mask the price, which he did (god bless him) and i never paid any duty whatsoever
