Here is what I found in my spinmaster, english home cart, after talking to shawn he said about one in every twenty carts he gets one of these, which might make this a bit valuable, im well aware its nothing but a piece of paper, but it didnt come in many carts, anyone else have one of these??
Sure would like to know, awfully useless item, anyone know the value, im guessing 1-5$.

Lwk you might want to keep it in a safe place for like 10 years maybe people will buy it for 100 000 like old hockey cards ! ;)

My Spinmaster Cart has that too... Glad to know it's more "complete" :) Still thinking about whether or not I should sell it... Could somebody give me a rough estimate as to how much it's worth (with the epilepsy warning card ;)) The price guide here says $60-$80 which I know it sells for more than, and the you-know-who price guide says $229. Is the $229 the price of it with the epilepsy card?

I definately would not sell.
If it is sitting by all means sell it, so someone that will use it gets it.

My Spinmaster as well as the one I sold to Yuckydog both had the epilepsy warning cards. I also received a Fatal Fury (either 1 or 2) that also had the card. They were placed between the back of the insert and the clear plastic on the back of the case when I received them.

Well I will have to check my spin masters which I bought new from babages back in 94 0r 95 but I still have doubts on what games came with these cards. I am sure SNK made them but with other people placing them in every game they sell and what seems to be a large stockpile of them, adding addtional value to a cart that has one seems kinda futile. After all, if it turns out my spin masters has one (which I doubt but I can not remember) then I can take it out and place it in any cart I wanted to and say it came with it. Like my ultra rare Garou english with eplisy card.....Only one made...... Or run copies of them, after all the do not seem that hard to duplicate.

Just my observation on the whole eplisy card issue.

Of all the 24 carts I'd purchased over the past, only my AOF2 came with tht Epilepsy warning card. Still in 100% good shape though. It's like new though

I guess this is an example of something tht u would like to have but wouldn't spend any money on.
