KOF 97 FIGURES, REAL OR FAKE?

I was in chat argueing with Geddon_jt, and I thought I would post a picture of one of these to get your opinion if its fake or not.
I have all three,and there is a huge SNK logo in blue (C) sign of course. But after seeing how many things have come up fake lately I would not be surprised if these are fakes. They are Kyo, Iori, & King. Ive scanned Kyo, here is the second picture, which showcases the top.



What gets me is that these have the kof 96 neo cd load screens for backgrounds,which is why I question them.

Fake,the packaging is the most obvious thing that I noticed,the second is Kyo's face.SNK would never release anything that badly sculpted,I'm going to have nightmares based how that face looks like

This probably came from some crappy factory somewhere in Asia (I saw plenty of fake toys while I was overseas in China last year)

And guess what its from china, and has the SNK logo copyrighted. SICK!

And another thing is the sticky tape on the top view of the Kyo figure.Common sticky tape???I know that SNK hasn't been having its best days but sticky tape on packagings...tsk tsk

Here is the bottom back, now if someone is dumb enough to have there original company name, and then put SNK in bold on there, they deserve a lawsuit.

You know what, im going to make a list of all the unofficial illegal BS thats going around and call it the bad goods, list. Ill get it ready.

Law Suit against someone in China??? You serious?? You know Taiwan used to belong to China right??? Anyway,under who's law will SNK file a lawsuit?? There's no copyright laws over there...-BB

100% fake. SNK NEVER released figures in '97 like these. There's also a ton of packaging and quality inconsistencies to further prove that they're fake but most of those have been posted already.
