Is their an FAQ for a MVS newbie?

I am trying to find out as much as possible about an MVS/Super Nova combo. I am currently combing these boards for info but wonder if their is a FAQ or a place were to get all the info in one place.

Please go to the search engine and search for 'SUPER NOVA' or 'SUPER GUN' also search 'MVS setup' 'Super Nova & MVS"
