Get used to hear me saying things like this but...if you REALLY want MoTW and SS..you should buy a GBA and KoF. You have to prove to the companies that 'yes, there is a market for SNK games on a portable'.

You can't expect them to produce a product thinking "maybe it'll sell?" you gotta show 'em. I think it's worth the 150 bucks that there's a chance a new avenue for SNK games will open up. 'sides Castlevania, Super Dodgeball and Konami Racers are all FANtastic...it's not like it's a bad system, brother.

SUPPORT SNK GAMES!
BUY A GAMEBOY ADVANCED!

PEACE!

*sorry JHendrix..had t' say it*

**Also note, the 'you' in this post is not a pronoun for ExterisLame. I'm not saying he should do anything. It's the generic 'you' that you could replace with 'a person'.

exactly, if you want to see more snk ports to gba, get one, and buy an snk game for it...besides even if you do buy one, and they find not enough people but kof, there are still some really great games you are missing, practicly anything that carries the sega logo is well worth the system for me...fact is there might be a console war...to which i find nintendo has the upper hand....especailly with the announcement of soul calibur 2 for gcn....however with pocket systems, there is no war, nintendo dominates, and will continue to do so...if sony thought they had a chance they would have tried by now...

for any handheld that can have a mvs game look that nice....can pull off street fighter alpha 3, has sega titles, and games like bomberman with four player support...already established a name...you say gameboy, everyone knows....gamegear, wonderswan,ngpc...mainly just gamers....but anyone knows gameboy...provided they dont live in a 3rd world country that doesnt know what electricity is...i would feel bad for anyone that tried putting a handheld up against nintendo's gameboy....

When is the GBA KoF game coming out, and will it be available in the US? If not, does the GBA support import titles?

Right now, I'm enjoying the GBA Castlevania, but it's a pain to see the screen. I have the magnifier/light combo, but it majorly sucks... It's so blurry and blueish that I usually just end up playing under a bright light without it.

Dodgeball, Bomberman, Mario Cart, and Final Fight also look like they have a lot of potential. I'd liketo see as many SNK games as possible, too.

Answer 1:

Don't know when it'll be out in the US. I'd be willing to bet that B.A.M. will pick it up though.

Answer 2:

Yes. Yes you can play imports on your GBA.

And so you know, Dodgeball and Bomberman do kick some serious ass. I think that Bomberman has definately better graphics than the SNES ever did. Huge sprites, great color pallettes (check out Louie's Picture if you get a chance. You'll see what I mean).

If you'd really like to see more SNK games on the GBA then buy KOF. Get others to buy it. Throw sooo much money at whoever brings it stateside that they can't wait to make another SNK game.

Oh booyah, the second I heard that they were making a KoF for the GBA I almost jumped out of my cube (I read it at work lol). That's going to be another one of those special games that I bother the local store for the series of days that they're supposed to have it until they do . If it's any good, I'm telling mad people to go get it and support SNK. Who knows, one day if there is any justice in the world, we may be able to see another portable Last Blade. A man can dream can't he?

I do too, but that's not gonna happen.

A GBA version of Metal Slug would be cool. Or Shock Troopers. Both cool ideas.
