Bummer, no mini marquee. I thought they were back to making those again since RotD (even though the original for RotD was paper).

Love the new colored cases though. Was it 2k1 or 2k2 that was bright orange?

Anyway, I've heard from Trieu that Matrimelee is a very fun. Really looking forward to it.

According to his auction, you don't need $1400, the BuyItNow price is $1000 starting bid $500 no reserve. I checked earlier today and the BuyItNow price was $700, but it has been raised $300 since.

Must be going down cuz first prices I heard shouted out were $1400. But thats in the past couple of weeks. Hopefully for Playmore this isnt another ROTD. Im waiting for the MD specials to come along though

Hmm nice, but where the hell is the Mini Marquee to me the MM is the necessary part of an MVS kit, I mean the who purpose of the MVS had the little slots in the cab for the MMs.

Also wondered who the hell buys these at 1400 bucks, I mean personally, in the arcades 1400 isn't much for a new game, but for one person that's a hella lotta money for an MVS game that you know will be at 100 in a year.

Every time I see the MVS cases for Matrimelee and KOF 2002, I think, "Hey, they look like giant Starbursts". What next? Is SVC Chaos's MVS cart going to be "strawberry pink"? Maybe "cherry red"? Who knows... at least the extras look nice.

Yeah I'd find it humourous which is why I asked who would buy this for 1400? Only arcades since they recoop(how the hell do you spell that) their investment. Personal arcades generate no income, only spending.

Not to come off as rude, but there weren't MM's in Metal Slug 4, King of Fighters 2001, Zupapa, Nightmare in the Dark, Sengoku 3, and The Irritating Maze, granted some of those were SNK releases but most were Playmore.

KoF 2k was the last title to get a mini marquee until RotD, and the RotD was just paper. Still, bummer that Matrimelee doesn't have at least a paper one.

I have a flip book of Mini's (a lot of rare ones too, like Fight Fever and the like) and really enjoy them. Sad that they seem to have started back up then quit again.
