Today is a sad and a good day (you know why it's sad, and here is the GOOD)

PLAYMORE JUSTE OPENED SNK VS CAPCOM mini-site.

The game is titeled SVCCHAOS (SNK VS CAPCOM CHAOS)

The illustration seem's to be from the same illustrator of the 2 lasts KOFs (KOF 2001 and KOF 2002) and it's rocks.

yeah, ryu seems bizarre, something of Kenshiro of HOKUTO NO KEN/FIST OF THE NORTH STAR. but the others( KYO, IORI, MAI, KEN, and CHUNLI) are very awesome. now, some constatations, KYO is in his kof'94 outfit; RYU ,KEN, and CHUNLI seem to be in a STREET FIGHT 3 style; and MAI is more naked than in KOF' and it seems that she has more bigger breasts make_fac .

Also i dont understand why PLAYMORE hasn't yet opened MATRIMELEE/TOUKON site, the release day for the ARCADE is today (19 March 2003).

the Capcom side of that picture is the worst artwork I've seen since... um, KoF 2001 I guess

Omg, that page ownzzz really nice design.. Im in love with the artwork/game already but I have to say like BBH chung lee's hand looks kinda gay..

What's up with kyo's arms? they look encased in another set of kyo's arms!!! that or the guy who drawed them needs some lessons in shading.

Ryu's arm looks the same at his wrist, but kyo's look rediculous. Maybe he's a clone, he sure looks that way right now.

No it's not look closer his shirt is drawn like that. His arms rule!

mai looks very very weird. I mean I know she has big boobs but not THAT big. Besides they make her thinner... what a distorted view.

It looks like Ryu can break Kyo in two in that pic. They should tone down Ryu and beef up Kyo a little.

I'm very excited about the game, but a little disapponted with the artwork.

I can't help but think how much better it would be if Shinkirou, or the Capcom artist who worked on mainly the 'Street Fighter Vs. X-Men', had done things.

What's this new artist's name, anyway? Anyone know?

Wow, great news. The art looks great.
I hope they make a great job with this game. I don't need another game with 40+ fighters and with average only animations, backgrounds and music. I prefer a 20-30 fighters game (10-15 SNK + 10-15 CAPCOM) but with great animations,backgrounds and musics. And fast gameplay. drool

Yuck!

I'm sorry, but I really don't care for that artwork at all - the characters look deformed in some way (with Ryu and Chun-Li being the worst).

You would think that, with this release being so big and all, they could have at least gotten someone with a modicum of talent to put out the official artwork. Honestly, I've seen better work from amateurs off of their personal home pages! oh_no
