I'm scribbling this out real quick, so I apologize in advance for all of the errors in my typing...
Basically, for most users, not much was added in this release. For us, it added the PM Notify (on the main page) as a built in feature rather than something I added, same with the 'bumped' topic feature.
One feature users may like is the ability to set the time display to be correct for their time zone from the 'My Profile' screen. All the help you should need to do this (Along with being able to set the date format, turn off avatar displays, etc) is there. If you need help, just post here for now.
I'll leave this topic 'topped' for a few days.
Just added....
Since the feature to disable Avatar view for users now exists, and works, we have enabled the option for users to specify offsite avatars, VIA URL, to use as their custom AVs. The URL is entered at the bottom of the Avatar selection screen, and once you have choosen it, click the 'select avatar' button at the top, and your AV should appear. We still enforce a 64x64 rule, so all AV's should be that size.
