    I don't know, maybe I'm forgetting some people/games, but I think the above would do me nicely. 25 quickly becomes a small number for such a game!

Darnit I forgot about Sagat! I'd probably take out Karnov (now I think about it, he would not fit in) and fill in Sagat.
