Neo-Jorge is a name I've seen around occasionally since I came into the online scene in late '98. I've never seen him post anything that I really remember. But the name has been around. I think he's friends with the NGF crew, but I've never really seen him post one way or the other. I don't think its a fake account, just someone who isn't big on posting.
