I ordered MS3 off of them which I was "supposed" to get for $270.

Turns out that my CC was billed for $315? $45 shipping?

Called them and my sales rep said that she had special ordered it for me?

Original price $295...no problem UPS Ground for 1 MVS title: $20?

Dunno....

They use that magical '3 day shipping' rate from UPS, and really ream you for something that is not necessary. GW Tradings shipping prices are not much better!

I remember buying an item from Ebay and being charged around $8-16 for shipping. When the item arrived it had a label that showed shipping cost was $1.75...

IVE ORDERED MANY GAMES OFF THEM THEY HAVE GOOD SERVICE BUT ASS GOUGING PRICES.....TONK GIVE ME YOUR PHONE NUMBER I CAN GET YOU ONE CHEAPER, AND TAKE YOUR OTHER
