Petition for Playmore to Bring Back Meg Counts

Last time I started a petition some people got mad. So I decided not to use anyone's name without their permission. So instead I said that neo consumers wanted this (which we do). I emailed Playmore and told them about what we have all requested. They don't seem to understand that we want this to happen. They may have not agreed to our request for new game cases but asking for them to do a simple task as adding the meg count is not out of the question. I believe that enough of us sign this petition that they will honor this simple request. After all, we are the ones who buy the new releases and they should make the insert in the way that we see fit. I have this petition ending in middle April which will give them plenty of time to do the insert for Power Instinct 3 in the correct manner. Please only serious people here. I don't want anyone adding silly names to the list. I think that this is an important cause and I think that you should join in and help to bring back the meg counts. Thank you for your time.

Remember gentlemen, it costs Playmore nothing to change the insert to include meg counts. They will lose nothing if they do this for us. We all like the meg counts and we will be happy if they are included. Then people are more happy with the overall look of the presentation of the game. It is a win win situation for Playmore if they honor our request. I can see them turning us down if we wanted them to produce a long dead genre for us (Like Magician Lord) but what I am asking is not out of the question. Shawn himself has asked them but they have ignored him. I think that it is now our time to tell them that we would like to see the meg count. After all, we are the ones buying the game and the insert should look the way we want it to. I think that if enough of us tell them that we want the meg count, they will honor our request. There is no harm in trying. Please show your support.

As a member of the site I can see in the control panel who has signed. I also have the option to delete those who have signed which I will do when I see people posting crap.

I have asked Shawn to show his support and he has agreed.

A nice positive petition that I will support.

Since Shawn sees that this petition is good enough to support then I expect that we will all be serious and throw some support behind him. After all, He is the one who is paying for all these releases up front for us so show some respect and honor the cause that he is also behind. Thank you for your time.

I don't want crap like that in my petition! Of the 18 people that signed, I had to delete 10 of them! Please people, don't mess this up. If you can't say something positve then don't bother to sign it. This can happen if enough of us try. You can as easily put your real name down as to put a stupid name down or a video game character's name down. You are NOT helping the cause but are ruining it for the rest of us by doing this. The people that are messing with this petition or not really part of the community. Anyone who was really into the Neo and loved the old SNK insert layout will support this cause. You don't have to do it for me or for Shawn but for yourselves. I know we can do it if we try. :)

If Shawn cares about it then I think that you should too. I didn't say that you weren't Neo fans if you didn't support my cause. I said if you attacked my petition for stupid ass reasons then you were not a Neo supporter. This is a chance to show Playmore what we want and if you want to ruin this for others then you are selfish and have no place in this community. I would think that you people would want to help. Besides, why not? All I am asking for is a moment of your time to do something for someone other than yourself. If you can't understand that helping your community is a good thing then I have no respect for you. Just give it a try people. There is no harm in trying.

Listen, I' glad you;ve won Shawns approval, but to me this is trivial.

And I would not have even replied had this request not been started by one who SUPPORTS NGF. NG SUPPORTS the destruction of Neo Geo and SNK merch.

I'm going to sign it. Frankly, I don't think you are going to get anywhere with it, but I agree that it is worth a shot. I would rather see meg counts back on inserts and who knows, maybe Playmore will listen if enough people chime in. Makismo, unfortunately though you are going to have to deal with a lot of joke names. Most people around here will go out of their way to stifle whatever you do, whether a good idea or not. That's the average maturity level around here. Frankly, I'm with them when it comes to you supporting NGF, but this time I think you have a point.

However, I think we should try to attain 'higher objectives', so to speak. Your argument is correct, even if your messianic way of putting it is a bit awkward: we are the costumers, ergo we should be listened to.

You have no idea how much having the meg-count back on the insert would mean to me. =)
