This game just looks better & better every time I see it buttrock . Hopefully the price will drop again soon, just got an email from <a href="http://www.excellantcom.net" target="_blank">www.excellantcom.net</a> with a quote of $479 USD. Holding out for $300 or less. :cool:

I think the inclusion of Red Arremer, Mars People, Zero, and old school Athena, make this game way better than CvS2.

And you can put that in your pipe and smoke it, Johnny.

What god fighter? There's a sprite of a "god" type person, but he's not really animated, and certainly not someone you fight.

Playmore's update seems to be a little bit too small. Without the roster discovered piece by piece each week, there would be no update since a month.

Does that mean with the new MVS board, you can't toy with the dip switches, and so you can't play the bosses? If that's true, the NGH owners truly got a leg up on this game this time, not just the home NGH version features.

I was almost expecting Athena to have a slightly lengthier name in Japanese (to set her apart from Asamiya Athena, in the same way that Sen'nou Ken is set apart from Ken and Honki ni natta Mr. Karate is set apart from Mr. Karate). Then again, I suppose the fact that KOF's Athena is Asamiya Athena already sets her apart from the original Athena.

I noticed that Honki ni natta Mr. Karate and Shin Gouki have been added to the English version of the SVC site (as "Mr. Karate" and "Shin-Akuma"). I'm a little disappointed that they didn't bother coming up with an English title for Honki ni natta Mr. Karate (like they did with Violent Ken, tho' it's hardly a translation of Sen'nou Ken...), and I'm a little confused as to why they would simply romanize "shin" (Shin-Akuma) rather than translate it (True Akuma). Has CAPCOM USA ever officially referred to Shin Gouki as "Shin Akuma" in any of its games?

I'm wondering if Red Arremer will undergo a name-change for the English page. Hey, neojedi -- in your English edition of the game, what name appears next to Red Arremer's life gauge?

Right, there is no unibios option for the jamma pcb. That's why there's a huge arcade board selloff going on right now, because home owners of the arcade board know that they will eventually need practice mode and possibly the debug dips as well.

Actually, that's not too surprising because he was also Red Arremer in the US/UK releases of Cardfighters Clash.

Until today, I have never seen Red Arremer. He looks like some mad gargoyle. I can't wait for the code to play as him. This is a WAY better lineup that any of the two CvS games.
