I like it so far!
Oh yes.... <img src="graemlins/drool2.gif" border="0" alt="[Drool 2]" /> <img src="graemlins/drool.gif" border="0" alt="[Drool]" /> I'm a fan of Power Instinct, so this should prove to be very interesting.
However, I still want SNK vs. Capcom on the original Neo-Geo hardware; are you listening, Playmore?

Look at the backs, the girls, the boxes on the right, very tidy isn't it. Looks like a computer hardware store, take a look at the shelf behind the boxes and the girls, might be PC towers and printers. Cool.

It looks just like ROTD until the 3rd screen shot, that is something new. I'm not sure we'll be able to tell whether Noise Factory smoothed out the animations until we play it though.
The life bars, time meter, and super meters are just plain ugly, I hope they touch them up before this gets released.

Well it looks better then I expected. 
I'm not quite sure why they're fighting in a computer store, but then again, I guess that's Power Instinct for you.
I hope poochy was starting/ending a move because his right foot (left foot for us) looks like it's floating.

OH WOW!!!
I'm such a huge fan of power instinct and i must say this is definately a step up!!
To be honest though when i first saw it i thought some one had done a mock up using ROTD sprites
I just hope its returned more to the Style of PI2, i mean groove on fight is cool and that but PI2 was just better because it was just pure madness.

Poochy has no shadow. Reiji does however... Not sure what that means for the game...

I'm sorry, I think it looks pretty shoddy.
Those screenshots don't say to me 'start saving $300 NOW' They certainly don't say to me - 'tons of cool animation!'
I mean RotD did look awesome in the initial screenshots but when you get to see it up close and personal... eugh.
I hope I'm proved wrong I really do, and these are only shots of one stage I guess. I think i'll sweat this one out and let someone else blow $300 first and get their opinion.

Sweet, a new Neo game and it doesn't look half bad (it does look to have the same kind of style as ROTD).
OK, since I'm relatively new to the Neo, I don't know the "Old obscure titles" so can someone give me a quick history lesson on Power Instinct cause I've never heard of it before. What games were before this? Were they on the Neo? I remember someone saying something about it being on another system before this, whats the deal?
