It's certainly nearing the extremely tempting range - this is a true test of patience.

$400 is my cracking mark.

the roker:
isn't shipping a bit much at coinopexpress?
Yes, oh yes it is.

A lot of the time the shipping and bank charges from ordering from them will bring the cost over what you'd save if you had ordered it domestically. :(

And shipping from HK takes forever to boot. crying

They just put up the $695 offer on their home page!

I wonder if there was not a little "surproduction" of this board... that would be good pricewise at the price would probably go down very fast and we could therefore expect to see the board at $50 by next year just like ROTD.

I really dont think so. This game sells good, ROTD doesnt and there are some bucks to get if you keep the MVS version at a higher level.

Once it hits the same price of the AES verson, I'm going to buy that and a supernova and charge kids to play it.

Why are you selling it? Do you plan on buying the AES version now that the release date has been pushed up?

Unfortunatly that is indeed the reason. I am both glad and sad about the news of the pushed up AES date. You win some you lose some.

I plan on getting the jamma first then maybe the MVS Cart. I figure the jamma as a bit of a rarity and it may push the price up after production of the game has stopped!

Are they even going to release the MVS version or am I going to have to buy a supergun to play it?

The official word from Playmore is that they have "no plans at the moment". However the word is that they will release one around the same time as the AES release! buttrock

Just a FYI I've seen a new kit at $550 now, so the price is steadily going down. I think I may crack at the $550 though. . .

Where have you seen it for 550? Can we get a link? I'm hardcore price watching as I'm waiting for it to hit the 250/300 mark.

I'd rather not link because it was e-mailed, and if you're waiting for the price to drop to 250-300 then you still have some time to wait.

The only thing stopping me once it gets around $500 is the lack of Neo joystick ports. I don't have my MAS sticks hooked to my supergun; I prefer to use NeoCD pads.
