Hey, neojedi -- what's the story with this image? Does Athena have a special attack that transforms her opponent into something else (a la Midnight Bliss)? If so, does she simply turn everyone into frilled lizards (with appropriately varied color palettes), or does each character have a unique form?

Wait a minute -- it just occurred to me that this image lacks timers/gauges. I'm thinking that must mean this is either a pre-bout or post-bout animation sequence. Could it be a "time over" Demitri sprite (haven't seen his time over pose in SVC yet), or did Athena change him into a lizard as part of her victory pose? If the latter, what does she do to other characters?

if you lose to her, she changes you into some sort of creature. red arremer does a similar transformation when you lose to him. each one is unique just like the midnight bliss...

I believe that the sentence may have not started there... (ie: PAGE 1 = "sumthin', sumthin'... PAGE 2 = finely, a gentleman who apreciates true beauty.")

And I thought it was Demitri Maximov?...

Before the English editions of Vampire (DarkStalkers) appeared, I assumed (looking at his name in katakana in Gamest Magazine) that it would end with a "v." However, in each installment of the Vampire series, CAPCOM has spelled his name with "ff."

What he said. I have yet to verify if everyone gets a sprite -- I really need a reliable method to get to Red Arremer.

Capcom has never been very reliable with it's translations. I would say it ends with a 'v'.

Nice screens, but I'm not real interested in seeing a bunch of win quotes.
