Those are the same carts that were oferred with the EBgames.com NGPC. I think they are the same games they offer at EB as well.

I just got this exact package from Ebay for $46 US.

Edit: except replace SS2 with Dark Arms.
I got SvC:MOTM and SS2 seperate for $9 each.
