What this guy doesn't know is that any type of "plastic" material covering another item that is plastic makes it worse for the condition of the item he's trying to protect in the long run. The reason for this is because if the temperature of the room is lower or higher than room temperature, which most of the time it is, the covers of the Neo cases can become warped over time.
Just think of anything covered by plastic when the temperature is higher. It will cause the material to deform. I had this happen to my earlier AES cases when I "protected" them this way. In his case, a thin plastic bag makes it worse, since it's prone to "heat" up faster because of it's density.
