ok well the picture files that move around are called ".gif" and they move around. i find my little pictures on sites and stuff. so then all u have to do is use the UBB code and u can get the pic's in ur signature. if u have questions dont ask. lol j/k ask away.

but with
at the end in the Signature area in your profile

if you have a pic you want and cannot host it, then msg me as ive got some room that i never use <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Right. You can use stuff directly from other people's websites; I just taught myself how. Find a .jpg or .gif or whatever that you like, then if you have Windows go into "View" and click "Source" to find the complete URL of the image/gif. It may take some detective work and trial/error. Usually there will be something in the HTML like <img src=http://images/hereitis.jpg>. Then you can test that by cutting and pasting onto the end of the web page's address. For instance, if you're on a page at "http://www.home.com", try using the address "http://www.home.com/images/hereitis.jpg" and seeing if that opens a page with just your image. Then in your Profile here on neo-geo.com, (for example) put in your signature "
" and then "
" and it should display the image from the Web.

I'm just an amateur, but I thought I'd offer my advice since no-one has replied with comprehensive instructions. <IMG SRC="smilies/smile.gif" border="0">

Just Right Click On the Pic you Want and Click Properties And Take The URL...

Thanks for the info guys! Does anyone know where I can find a still of Terry doing the Buster Wolf? That's what I want for my image! Annnnnd.... that picture of Terry pulling his glove on from the cover of Real Bout: Fatal Fury Special. That's what I want for my avatar.
