Neo Geo Debug Bios Faq up.

Check the main page of this site for some in-depth information on the Debug Bios chip for the Neo Geo home system. I'm working on this as a full effort to allow New and Old Neo System owners to make an informed choice on weather they want this sort of chip installed in their system.
