i have not seen any evidence of microsoft incorporating any part of the DC chipset. This would have to include the vsync. Sounds too ambitous of a rumour

We will see if its true or bullshit but i think the Xbox can handle the DC with a simple chip if DC incorporates windows in its shit.

Xbox looking like it will give some serious compitition in the console gaming world.

It's possible but its been denied by Sega and Microsoft. It'd probably ad more cost to the Xbox(its probly gonne be pretty expensive to manufacture as is)
