Gaia Crusaders - Any info on this game?

I went to Playmore's website and followed a link to Noise Factory. They have a fighting game called Gaia Crusaders. It is all in Japanese but I see "1999" next to the name. Has Gaia Crusaders been out for 3 years? If so, I have never heard of it. Here is the link:

It's a sidescrolling action game that plays very similar to Sengoku 3 and was only released in Asian territories in the arcade.

Yep, this popped up before, and we found out it was a JAMMA game that has been out for a while. Does look like Sengoku 3 though, doesn't it.
