Which are the best non-fighting games on NeoGeo? Everyone knows about Metal Slug and Shocktroopers but are there other gems that it is rarely talked about?

Its definitely old news, but I seriously consider Baseball Stars 2 the best baseball game on the market (granted, its in no way a simulation)
Its fun, addictive, fast paced, and simple to pick up even for a non-gamer.

The Magical Drop series and Neo Turf Masters. Twinle Star is a bad ass game, the DC port is perfect!

Neo Turf Masters is one of my favorite games.
Viewpoint is cool once you get into it.

How about Thrash Rally, an oldy but a goody.

Blazing Star/Pulstar

Metal Slug series.....absolutely awesome!!!

Money Puzzle Exchanger is the Neo-Geo's most frequently overlooked puzzlers. It's a shame that it never received an official home cart release.

THe best soccer game (although not the best technologically) is SUper Sidekicks 2, IMO -its also reasonably priced. I also like Neo Geo Cup '98 for my MVS.

I also love Magical Drop 2&3 and Neo Bomberman.

Overtop's an interesting title too (very similar to Thrash Rally, but with MUCH better graphics).
Thrash Rally in an interesting game though, even though the graphics look like a souped up NES or Genesis, it's FUN!

Hi Neo Geo fans,

The 1st Neo Geo game made--Magician Lord, because it is like my all time favorite Capcom's Ghouls and Ghosts. Can't wait for the long rumored Magician Lord 2.

I think the first games made were NAM 1975 and Baseball Stars Pro (they're numbered NGH-001 and NGH-002 respectively). The original Neo gave you the option of one of the two as a pack-in game. Magican Lord is NGH-005, after Top Player Golf (NGH-003) and an unreleased game (which I believe was a puzzle game called Sunshine)which had NGH-004

(it seems that i'm one of the few persons that like it a lot better than 2)

(it *is* the best baseball-game!)
- Turf Master
(this is the best golf)
