aslan off of ebay has had $540 dollars of my money for some arcade products and this has been going on for about a month. If I am going to spend that kind of money I want my crap sent. One item he sent he did not know how to work and neither did his tech metal slugs thast he gave me was bunk. That is fine but when I told him I wanted new ones he sad yes they are in stock.Then I get a email on saying he wont have it till monday.Well that is not in stock.Around and around I go where It stops nobody knows. Only answer email when he wants I quess and nobody picks up the phone I hate when I am left in the dark. Am I right or is this the way things are done with neo-geo.next time I will stick with md games they send my shit fast and the marquees dont looked all fucked up their copys look pro

I have ordered from him before and he s not the best communicator. He is, however, a good guy and I am wondering if he is having trouble with inventory. That's no excuse for not letting you know what's going on though.

My guess is you will eventually get your stuff, but you will need to stay on it. Sorry to hear you are having trouble.

About sticking w/MD, I think that is a good choice. Mike is a great guy and really tries to maintain his good reputation.

Only problem with mdgames is that, from what I've seen, he ALWAYS puts copied mini marquees in with his carts, almost never has the original artwork. Then later I see the original artwork for sale by itself . . . thats kinda sleazy if you ask me. He should sell the carts complete and not split the artwork out of them . . .

chimpmeister: Most of the carts that I bought from him had the original marquee, thought there were a couple that didn't at least he put forth the effort to provide a marquee.

I have been to gamesales and I have even been to Rich's house. Rich is definetly a nice guy, his problem is he is trying to do too many things by himself. He not only sell's MVS carts but he also holds a route of arcade games. Let alone buying and selling arcade machines. This guy is trying to do too much, he should hire some more employee's. I'm not defending him, I am actually angry because he won't return my call about replacing my monitor in my neo geo. I need this fixed DAMNIT.

Mdgames is great, very communicative and great people. Their MVS carts are in better shape also

Fill out a fraud claim against him. It will usually suspend their e-bay account until the issue is resolved. If it can be resolved then between you and the seller then they will send it to someone else and they file an insurance claim and get you money (however ebay auctions are only insured for $200 anything beyond that you will lose).

Hope that helps I recently filed a fraud claim against someone not sending me merchandise.

It is sad to say but this kind of problem is frquent.With the price of neo geo cart many people try to make money with them.Even if it doesn't seem to be your case,you will be certainly obliged to fill out a fraud claim against him.

If I had spent 500+ on stuff and not received it, I would want to warn everyone.
Even if this "Aslan" is a good seller, $500 is a lot of cash! He should keep Auto informed every step of the way.
