KOF 2000 on Dreamcast?

I heard that KoF 2000 was going to be released for Dreamcast in Japan. Does anybody know if it's still going to be released? If so, who is releasing the game? When does it come out? <img src="graemlins/help.gif" border="0" alt="[Help]" />

Yes it is coming. It will be an arcade perfect port with additional backgrounds from past KoF games, and from pics I've seen, other past SNK games ^_^ :) I can't wait.
Though if your hoping for an American port, don't hold your breath. Most stores have pulled Dreamcast games off the shelves. Also, Sega of America I beleive is not releasing any games for the Dreamcast anymore. An American port would be almost impossible.
But let us just import :) i can't wait for it :)

Yup, its still coming. Only in Japan. NCSX I will be getting it from. Sometime in August i here.

Its coming to the DC,yes.And it will have some extras such as new backgrounds from some of the previous KOF games as well as an old fatal fury stage.I can't wait.Time to dust off my DC.

I hope they leave to 50-hz for european consoles out this time.

In kof evolution and garou the game plays in 50hz on an european console. The games aren't even released in europe.

Yep this is coming out, no 3D backgrounds this time, just a perfect port, but it has new backgrounds from older KOF games, maybe some DC only strikers too, should be good!

Geez, I hope it comes out soon ! I cannot wait for this amazing game. I hope KOF 2001 also comes out for DC ! DC snk ports RULE !!!

I'm glad to hear this game is still coming out. Does anybody know what company is releasing this game, since SNK is.. well, you know.

Admitadly....i'm kinda sketchy about the port.
I wasn't to thrilled with the port for MotW,
but that isn't to say that I'm not going to buy it. Hell yeah i'm going to buy it.
I heard that it's shipping 07/2002 and there are already a few places taking preorders because of the limited number that places are getting.
Personally, I have gone through Buyrite for some import stuff. Fair pricing, quick shipping. Not bad.
