So this months issue of Edge does have one redeeming feature!
Its not just the usual collection of opinionated, inaccurate ranting, by the biggest collection of dickheads sad enough to think that they are the 'true voice’ of the industry.
It actually got a big feature on the AES!
And some of what they have written is actually true!
Having a chat with our very own London-Geezer may have actually had a positive effect on these boys!

That two months on the trot that their pompous publication has been worth buying!

Oh, I should tell you what is in the feature shouldn't I?

Its the issue with Samus on the cover.
1 page for MS4
1 page for Rage of the dragons
10 pages devoted to the AES (MVS is also mentioned)

Its worth buying just to see everyones favourite Dinosaur console back in glorious technicolour.

Yeah, already saw that - was a post about this recently <a href="http://www.neo-geo.com/cgi-local/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=10&t=004547" target="_blank">here</a>.

Was nice to see Edge doing this feature anyway.

Ditto. I would also like to purchase an issue. Willing to pay issue price + finders fee + shipping.

If anybody REALLY wants it I guess I coud grab some copies for people and send them (I'm in the UK). Surely there is a place to buy it online though? Anybody?

If anybody wants it, prv msg me - I won't charge for doing this, but we'll have to work out shipping and also £'s to US $'s.

Actually <a href="http://www.futurenet.com/futureonline/magazines/magazine.asp?id=14" target="_blank">here you go</a> - it can be bought from the publishers website. Shipping is a bit pricey though: £7.00 worldwide I think.

For anybody that has bought the issue already - this the latest one right?

Ah right... so that "latest issue" on the site is out of date then? :)

Yeah thats last months,
The Neo one has got Samus on the cover against a black background.

You know what?
If they keep this up they may even win me back as a reader!
I got so F**ked off with their blatant fan-boy-ism, their abiding hatred of x-box and Gamecube, their constant slating of great games, the amount of facts that they get totally wrong
etc, that I stopped reading them!

I guess I'd rather read 'Games Master' :( at least with them you know that they'll always look for the good in a game, instead of Edge' always trying to magnify the bad points.
Its a running joke "How many games can Games Master give a score of '9.1 gaming masterpiece' this month?

Its a genuine pleasure to see Edge actually writing something that I want to read, that actually didnt annoy me reading it!
