Did some checking on the Debug code. Couldn't really get any information other than a few sites which didn't really go into details but after awhile I figured it out for myself. This code only works out there for you guys who own Modded Neo Geo Home Systems so any of you who don't have a Home Cart system that was either modded by Jeff or Masssystems back in the day, This code won't work.
On the character Select Screen Goto your Game Debug Bios Menu and Set Dip 1-3 on.
Go back to the game screen and Highlight Kula then Hold Start and Press Down.
After you select Zero make sure you turn the Dip off or you will get a Debug screen on the Fighting field.
This code works for all modes inculding practice as well. Not much to say about Zero expect in Human hands he's beyond Cheap. As a Striker he comes in real fast and then jumps out doing nothing. If you're bored you can try some pretty cheesy striker combos with him. Also after a bit of practice on him with other characters, I realized that his hit parameters are not excatly lined up where you cannot always do 100% combos on him like other characters. I guess SNK didn't want to make him TOO easy to cheese. Either way the code works and Zero is now playable on a Home System. Dunno why some sites said Dips 1,2 & 3. I tried it on a 2 Slot Arcade board an nothing.
