Well, Spike 'ol buddy, I'll sell you that instruction booklet for MOTW for no less than $1000! Or if you happen to have a copy of Metal Slug X in very good condition, I'll accept that in a trade along with $800 cash in unmarked bills!

I think that people have danced this dance before with no luck. I saw a guy in Texas selling a lot of Neo Geo manuals a while ago, if I see him again I will check for you. Good luck, I am afraid you will need it.

Oh, I'm aware that many people may not do this. I might do it if I were someone else, and for the kind of money I would pay, it doesn't hurt to try. :)
