Not entirely. They have a gold system and several carts. Actually a couple employees do as well. Thanks for the news though. <IMG SRC="smilies/wink.gif" border="0">

Not a bad review. I love how it jumps from so-so rating to the "Reviewer's tilt" of 10.

I find it odd that such a mainline site would review a game for an "underground" system like the Neo Geo. Good review. I'd like to see them review Metal Slug 3.

is it just me, or their little "KOF00 footage" video shows that the game runs pretty slow on the neo-geo ... ??

why is the graphics stated as 5.this is the best kof graphics to date.it should be either 7 or 8.and the learning curve is not 1 hour, its much more especially for casual players.good review though.

I agree, it is cool to see any mainstream sight even make mention of the beloved Neo. Overall a good review.

I think its cool how they reviewed a neo game. videogames.com is also a good place for reviews on saturn games, domestic and import. They don't have a saturn section or anything anymore, but all the reviews aren't too hard to find

I suppose the 5 for the graphics could be because the sprites still look like something out of the mid-90's, like - uh - KoF95 (doh). And lets face it, no matter how nice y'all think it looks, its no Garou or Metal Slug 3. Still, I think it was a fair review and I dont regret the embarrasingly large ammout of money I paid for my copy (£400 -eep).

What beets me is why it got 7/10 for value - I mean, even £200 for a copy would still have normally affected tis mark. Mabye they were taking into consideration the 'special case' of a Neo-Geo owner. After all, we all are a bit 'special' arn't we.
