What it says is this:

"About the GBA version metal SURAGGU advance and sale adjournment of PS2 edition KOF2001"

There is no KOF2001 GBA version.

ACtually, it says metal slug advance for gba has been delayed till this winter and kof 2001 for ps2 has been delayed to October 23.
