I'm in the process of building a new fan site called Neo-Tech. The site's main focus in on high resolution official SNK artwork and images. The first section up is KOF 2000. Please let me know what section you guys want to see next...MOTW,MS3,LB? Nice, Ukyo. But by hi res, shouldn't they be at about 200ppi or so? I realize that would make the files huge though. Some great images there!

Yeah I'll get that Mai pic up a soon as I can...as far as Kizuna stuff, I might be able to hook you up with at least a pic or two. Ryo, I'm using free webspace so I couldnt make the files too much bigger...I don't have all that much storage. As it is,the clearity is still better then most anything available on the net right now.>>>

A nice beginning for neo tech.As for games should have galleries..

1)king of fighters
2)fatal fury
3)art of fighting
4)buriki one
5)last blade
6)savage reign/kizuna encounter
7)samurai shodown
8)metal slug
9)and another gallery entitled 'other' which could include lesser known snk games like tophunter,beast busters,ikari warriors etc. art

A suggestion:

Have two types of hi-res images. High Pixel Count and High Dot Count.

Have one that is 2000x2000 pixels or something at 72 d.p.i. This will be good for people, like me, who want to admire the detail of the drawing.

Have another that is 220 d.p.i. This will be good for people who want to print it out.

Both will be big, but it's easier to appreciate it on a monitor.

Thanks alot for the suggestions guys, any contributions will be great, just e-mail them over to me. As far as offering two different resolutions, I dont think I really can afford to do that, because I already have a low bandwith, and the site has already been shut down for a short period because of so many hits. I'm actually in class now, but will be updating the site when I get back to my computer. Thanks>>>

Updated the site, check it out. The problem with limitied bandwith is still persisting so I'm going to have to do something about that soon. People said they want to see more obscure stuff...I have great Buriki One illustrations, anyone want that next?>>>

There's no doubt that everyone has been talking of the new art style of KOF2001. Contrary to what many viewers may be assuming, the artist is not Korean, but a SNK employee- this was made clear in an interview by Enterbrain Publishing last month.

However, no artist name was brough up, making fans guess of who the drew them. The biggest candidate as of now is an artist named Kaeru, whose works can currently be seen in his former site. While there's no doubt that he works under SNK, is he the KOF2001 artist? You be the judge.

I can't be sure on my own guess, but he definitely looks like the artist who did the SD characters in RBS.. oh God, the looks that they had...

It looks like your site's developing pretty nicely there, Ukyo. Tell me something: it looks like you got a bunch of those images from Perfection: SNK Characters- All About Illustrations (volumes 1 and 2). Is that true? Just wondering, since I own both books.
