No instruction manual but Ray has told me that once manuals are done, they will be sent to owners of their carts for no charge.

GREAT LOOKING CART,AND THE GAMES PRETTY GOOD,ALTHOUGH ITS WAY TOO EASY AND SLOW...GOOD COLLECTORS PIECE..BUT TOO DAMN SIMPLE..I LIKE IT THOUGH....JUST NOT ALOT OF CHALLENGE

I just got mine today. It is a really good job. I have noticed that the arcade carts have more "play" in them. The boards jiggle more.
