Aren't you setting yourself up if the game doesn't come out? I am not trying to be the devils advocate....but you're selling something you actually don't "own" yet. I just am thinking what happens if this game doesn't come out? Then you have to refund the buyers money and then you get stuck with an Ebay fee.......I hope it doesn't happen, but it a scenerio you should consider....just my $2.50

I've talked to Solid last night about this issue:

1) I don't think he'll make any money at all or lose money for sure

2) He doesn't "own" Sengoku 3 and it's very risky to sell it

3) Game might not be out

We finally agreed that 10-day selling might work out but he'll take all the consequences if anything happens....

All great question that I have already taken into consideration. I'm not worried one bit since Shawn has always been a very reliable man. if there are any extenuating circumstances I'll make sure to notify the bidders.

Possesion is 9/10 of the law and legally I do own the game but I don't have it physically in my possession.

Even with the news that SNK is done, production of the cart should of started a while ago. I'm very confident that they'll deliver.

Well, I wouldn't worry about it coming out or not -I am curious to hear if you can pull this off.
