Well, KOF2000 isn't even out on any system yet, so you'll have to wait a bit, I would think.

The DC might be the most appropriate but then again its dead.

As for the ps2,GC and XBOX.I don't think anyone of them would have it.No offence taken but Kof 2k1 does not have the visual splash of CvS2 and GGX.So sony may past on it.Even some people consider CvS2 and GGX a "lowly" game on ps2 let alone kof 2k1.As for the GC and XBOX,you can forget it.

Don't get me wrong,i absolutely love Kof 2k1 in the arcades but i just don't think it might make it to any next-gen consoles.Like i've said, the DC might be the most appropriate but unfortunately its dead. <IMG SRC="smilies/frown.gif" border="0">

Well, I think that we should be more optimistic. I mean, Sony seems to take ANYTHING so that might be a plus right there. Furthermore I think that they're a bit more cautious now so I don't see them turning too much stuff down. The real question is whether or not whoever has the rights to port this has the money to do it.

Maybe they could rebuild the PS2, Win9x (NO, FIGHTING GAMES DO NOT "5U><0R5" ON THE COMPUTER), or XBox version, whichever gets made, from the ground up, so that the sprites are higher-res and the special effects are 3D or something. That might attract more shallow gamers who want nothing but eye-candy.

Forget about a Gamecube version, that looks like an elementary schooler's system. I wish it weren't so, but you know how ol' Ninny has been ever since their old 8-bit machine took us by storm.

I have heard that Agetec will be making ports to the Xbox. What games they will be making on the Xbox I do not know. With SNK going out of business it has made it a little harder on companies trying to license these games for use on other system.
