Why isn't there a C Vs. SNK 2 for NGPC?

I was just wondering this because the original rocked and Capcom is doing a sequal for the real version.

First off, the Neo Pocket one was SNK vs. Capcom, since SNK made it, their name went first. Second, since the Capcom game wasn't very good, I consider this one the real one.
Onto your question,a sequel was in the works, but SNK went bankrupt and was bought by Aruze, and I'm pretty sure they dropped the game.
